Objective

Create deep and long-lasting relationships with business customers by creating a valuable and convenient “bank at work” program for business customers to offer their employees.

Strategy

The strategy included speaking directly with Human Resource professionals in order to leverage their knowledge and expertise of employee benefits programs and design the most effective “bank at work” program. Once the program was developed, marketing materials were created to raise awareness of the program and drive employee inquiries.

The strategy was executed in three phases:

- Direct mail to targeted Human Resource professionals

- Focus Group or “discovery session” designed to flush out the financial products and services most important to employees in the workplace

- Development of Marketing Materials targeted to employees

Tactics

1. Create a direct mail campaign to market a focus group “discovery event” to a select targeted audience of Human Resource professionals.

2. Utilize focus group data to develop an attractive bank at work program.

3. Create a marketing campaign designed to engage employees in the program.
